In addition to MaryAnn being an alumna, the Slowik's children Courtney '04 and Kyle '09 are alumni, and daughter Riley is a member of the Class of 2023. Many other family members are also alumni. *

When asked why they decided to make a planned gift to Archmere, MaryAnn and Jeff said that the main reason was to preserve the family legacy here. "Making a planned gift is our way of doing that. Archmere has meant a lot to us and to our own children, as well as to many other family members, and to many of our friends. We will continue to make our annual Archmere Fund gifts and to support other projects as they come up, but we feel really good about the fact that we have made plans in our will to support Archmere, too."

*MaryAnn would like to acknowledge the influence of her brother-in-law Nick (Nicholas Quercetti '74, married to her sister Patty) who encouraged her to attend Archmere. Nick's children, Nick '98 and Kelli Farrell '02, and his brother Bobby (Robert Quercetti '89) are also alumni, and Bobby's children, Bobby '18 and Marissa '21, are recent graduates. It's all in the family!
