When asked why they decided to make a planned gift to Archmere, MaryAnn and Jeff said that the main reason was to preserve the family legacy here. "Making a planned gift is our way of doing that. Archmere has meant a lot to us and to our own children, as well as to many other family members, and to many of our friends. We will continue to make our annual Archmere Fund gifts and to support other projects as they come up, but we feel really good about the fact that we have made plans in our will to support Archmere, too."

"My wife Amanda and I were happy to establish the Voell Family Endowed Scholarship in honor of my parents, Tina and Tony Voell," said T.J. "We would like to acknowledge their unselfish sacrifice that allowed my sister (Jocelyn '90), my brother (David '89) and me to attend Archmere Academy which resulted in lifelong friendships with our classmates, teachers and coaches. We want future generations of students, including our son Anthony, to have these same exceptional experiences and opportunities at Archmere Academy."
